Service Scope: Greetings.vinaism.com provides digital e-greetings for Indian festivals as per the selected plan (Free, Basic, or Advance).
Order Timeline: Orders for the upcoming calendar year (e.g., 2026) will be accepted between October – December of the previous year (2025).
User Requirements: Clients must submit:
A high-resolution logo file (for branded plans).
Clear plan selection (Free / Basic / Advance).
List of any additional cards required beyond the 24 greetings we provide by default.
Access to Greetings: Completed greetings will be uploaded to each client’s personal dashboard. A unique QR code will be shared to access this page anytime.
Data Availability: All e-greetings for the selected year (e.g., 2026) will remain accessible online until January 1 of the following year (2027). After this date, content may be removed from the server.
Usage Rights: Greetings are licensed for personal and professional use. Redistribution, resale, or modification is not allowed.
Amendments: Vinaism may update these terms from time to time.
Data Collection: We collect personal details (name, email, phone, logo files, branding inputs) strictly for service delivery.
Usage of Information: Information is used to design, personalize, and deliver your greetings.
Storage & Availability: Your personalized greeting data is stored online and accessible until January 1 of the following year.
QR Access: Access links are provided via QR code, unique to each client. Clients are responsible for keeping these private.
No Third-Party Sale: We never sell or trade your information with third parties.
Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure gateways; no card details are stored.
Data Removal: After January 1 of the following year, greetings and related personal data may be removed from servers for security.
Free Plan: No payment, no refunds.
Paid Plans (Basic/Advance): Orders are non-refundable once confirmed due to the nature of personalized digital work.
Client Responsibility: Clients must provide correct logo files, details, and specifications during October–December ordering window. Delays or errors in submission are not refundable.
Exceptions: Refunds may be provided only in cases of:
Double payment or technical error.
Service not delivered within agreed timelines.
Resolution Guarantee: In case of file errors or accessibility issues, our team will ensure corrected greetings are re-uploaded to the client’s personal page.
